First roast rava on low flame for 3-4 mins.. Keep. It aside n let it cool.
In kadai put 1tbs oil n add fry all the ingredients except curd n salt..
Now add curd into rava n fried mixture n mix..It should not too thick or too runny..
Add salt n keep it aside for at least 1/2 an hour for fermentation. Its ready to go into idli stand.
For Sambhar: In a pressure cooker put dal, tomatoes, onion, ginger garlic paste, little jeera, dhaniya patti, coriander PD, haldi, red chilli PD, oil n take 4-5 whistle or till dal gets cooked well.
In another vessel put water add little salt n boil veggies..( u can cook in pressure cooker also till 1whistle).
Once the dal cooks add boiled veggies ,salt, tamrind pulp, jaggery, sambhar PD n adjust salt as per taste.. Let it cook for 5-6 mins..
For tadka:In a kadai put oil add all the ingredients n cook till onion turn light brown..then mix into dal mixture .. Sambar is read
For chutney: Mix all ingredients n blend into mixer..
Give tadaka with mustard , jeera, curry leaves, dry dry chilli, mix.
